Deposit and Cancellation policy

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure all bookings at the cattery. Your booking is not secure until this payment has been made to us and we have confirmed the booking to you.

Full payment is due if a cancellation is made with less than 3 day’s notice to the start of the booking.

All deposits are non refundable and must be paid online or by cheque . Please use your cats name and surname as reference

All cats must have an up to date vaccination certificate on arrival.  We will not accept any cats into the cattery without this.

All vaccinations and boosters must be completed at 4 weeks before boarding.

Cats must be up to date with flea and worm treatment before boarding at the cattery, we advise this should be done at least 1 week before arriving.  We will need to have make and date of treatment for our records.  A cleaning charge will apply if cats are present with fleas.

Nursery cottage is unable to accommodate un- neutered Toms.

On arrival all cats must be fit and well.  A health check will be completed and signed with all relevant information and special requirements.  We will also provide a daily record of your cats activities whilst they are staying .

All animals are boarded at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken we cannot be liable for any illness.  In the event that we we have to take a cat to the vet whilst in our care all bills must be settled when collected.  All cats will be taken to our local vet John Knott or Hawksdown veterinary surgery.

All bills will be settled on collection of your cat in full ether by cash or cheque.  All Cheques should be made payable to Nursery Cottage Cattery, on collection.

Unfortunately we do not take debit cards .
